Directed by Abhinay Deo and starring Anil Kapoor, Divya Khossla and Harshvardhan Rane, the action thriller Savi hit the big screen on May 31st to the praise of audiences and great returns at the box office. In fact, Savi has turned out to be a rare profitable affair at the box office. A mid-budget film made at a cost of 28.50 crores, it actually recovered its investment prior to theatrical release itself and whatever came from the box office turned out to be an added bonus. At the Indian box office, the film has netted 13 crores after two weeks.
